DAP – Delivery at Place
We ship globally with several transporters: GLS, Schenker, UPS, DHL, De Vriese Logistic, ... The choice depends on the destination and immediate availability.
We charge a fixed price per carton for delivery. You will see the total amount charged for transport before you proceed to payment. For the exact shipping fees, please contact us.
Free delivery depends on the country and will be indicated in the shopping cart.

EX-WORKS delivery – pick up at our warehouse
You can also opt for EX-WORKS delivery. This means we prepare the order at our warehouse in Belgium, and the customer arranges transport to come pick it up here. We do not charge delivery costs in this case.
If you choose this option, you must send us by e-mail (after receiving your order confirmation) the transporter name, the time of pick-up and the license plate of the transporter. If you do not do this in advance, we will not release the order to your transporter.
Your order is ready to be picked up around 24hours after we have received payment, booked the order and received the necessary information.
